Care & Safety Policy
Please adhere to the following Care Policies:-
1. Use the bouncers for its intended usage and in an appropriate environment only.
2. Rent age-appropriate bouncers for the different age groups and keep to the specified weight limit for each bouncer.
3. Hirers are to ensure that bouncers are kept clean and to wipe and clean up any bouncers with visible debris (eg:
food, dirt, water) before returning them back to Bounce of Joy. A cleaning charge of $50 will be imposed on the
Hirer if the bouncy castle/toy is returned in conditions that require intensive cleaning or extended periods
of cleaning.
4. Do not stick or attach any materials to bouncy castle.
5. Toys and items must be returned to us as where it is when they were handed over to the Hirer. Replacement fee of
$1 per ball will be charged for lost/ damaged balls.
6. Special attention should also be given to the air blower and electrical supply to ensure that it is not in contact with
water. Parents are to make sure that children are kept away from the blower as well as the electrical supply at all
times.
7. No smoking is allowed in or around the bouncy castle.
8. Each bouncy castle is designed for a specific maximum load. The number of users and their respective ages allowed
on the bouncy castle should be restricted to the maximum recommended number shown on the item description so
as to prevent damages to the bouncy castle.
9. No chewing gum, food and drinks are allowed in the bouncy castles. Please do not feed your children in the bouncy
castle.
10. No shoes, objects foreign to the bouncy castle, sharp objects should be worn/ brought into the bouncy castles by
the users.
11. Be responsible. Adult supervision must be maintained at all times to prevent any mishaps.
